With reference to my previous dospatahes on the mabject of

the British Ampire and Chim Trwis Fair which is being organised by

the Advertising ani Publicity Maruni, Ltd.. Hongkong, I have the

honour to report that at the request of tem or three of their mubers

for a losi as to the attitale they should adapt towards the Fair, the

Hangkang General Chusber of Casimiros appointed a confidential mib-

ommunittes of five British mebers to iwestigate the mutter under the

following terms of refarenos 1-

(a) The desirability of holding the preposed Byri tính Empire

and China Trade Fair.

(b) The maitability for manẳng it of the Advertising and

Publicity urgent, Letda

(c) The financial muåtalad lity of the orgnisation.
